With 40+ years of experience in a vast array of disciplines from design, estimating, project management, and “boots on the ground” production, we bring a level of experience and expertise unmatched for all types of projects. • Past qualifier for General Contractor’s licenses in four states
• Current licensed North Carolina General Contractor
• Former licensed North Carolina Real Estate agent
• Former licensed North Carolina Real Estate broker
• Former continuing education instructor for the North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector Association
• Project managed $70,000,000 telecommunications build-out with 11 construction managers
• Wrote the first manual for cell tower construction from site acquisition to FAA certification

    Nancy and I could not recommend anyone more for a job the Merl. We completely left our home and left our home in his hands for 3-4 weeks during the heavy dust and dirt period with complete confidence the work was getting done and getting done right because Merl was there making sure it was. You will never regret hiring Merl!
